Through Campos Elíseos +gentil Association, we have established a partnership with some commercial establishments in Campos Elíseos, in order to offer anticipated sale coupons for products and services in different amounts, of R$ 30, R$ 50 and R$ 100 , to our employees.

Partnership with female entrepreneurs

During the quarantine period, 8 seamstresses from Escola Empreendedora [Entrepreneurial School], a Porto Seguro Institute project that trains women in the industrial sewing area, signed a contract with Porto Seguro for the production of 5,600 protection masks.

Communities

A fundraising campaign to distribute basic food baskets and hygiene kits to their local community and dozens of vulnerable communities in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

Gas stations

Gas stations

Delivery of about 100 thousand bottles of alcohol gel hand sanitizers at 227 Shell stations, in the states of Ceará, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, in partnership with Raízen and Natura.

Environmental Management

Porto Seguro continued with its initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of its activities using the least possible amount of natural resources:

  • Reverse logistics Reverse logistics: 10,279 items were sold through Porto Arremate, and 2,086 items in good condition were donated to registered institutions.
  • Waste Waste: 69% disposal efficiency, using 31% of the waste generated in the matrix for recycling.
  • Energy Energy: reduction in energy consumption of 12,119,899 kwh - which is equivalent to R$ 7,399 million.
  • Water Water: savings of 56,672,929 liters of water, equivalent to R$ 1,063 million.
  • GHG Emissions GHG Emissions: reduction of 101 tCO2e in scopes 1 and 2 and reduction of 18,041 tCO2e in scope 3.
  • Waste Management Program at Porto Seguro Automotive Centers (CAPS) Waste Management Program at Porto Seguro Automotive Centers (CAPS): 98% of CAPS participated in the environmental diagnosis, reporting the status of waste disposal from their operations. 75% of the units evaluated showed improvement in their risk ranges.
